High-end electronic component manufacturing plant in Kedah, Malaysia
We designed and delivered an integrated ultrapure water system combining “all-membrane technology and intelligent systems.” The core process chain is as follows:
Raw water → Multi-media filter → Ultrafiltration (UF) unit → First-stage reverse osmosis (RO) → Second-stage reverse osmosis (RO) → EDI continuous electrostatic precipitator → Nitrogen-sealed polishing mixed bed → Terminal ultrafiltration (TUF) → Multi-point online water quality monitoring and delivery
Targeted pretreatment: Ultrafiltration (UF) replaces traditional sand and carbon filtration as the core barrier for reverse osmosis, effectively addressing raw water turbidity fluctuations and significantly reducing microbial and colloid content.
Dual-protection core desalination: The “first-stage RO + second-stage RO” configuration ensures extremely stable water quality entering the EDI, reducing the EDI load and extending its lifespan.
Key antibacterial and antifouling design:
All storage tanks and pipelines are made of 316L sanitary stainless steel and equipped with a nitrogen-sealing system to prevent carbon dioxide dissolution and resistivity reduction.
The system integrates periodic pasteurization, automatically performing thermal sterilization on the RO membrane, EDI, and piping, perfectly suited for tropical environments.
Intelligent Control and Remote Maintenance:
Equipped with an Internet of Things (IoT)-based central control system, it monitors all key parameters (pressure, flow rate, water quality) in real time.
Customer engineers and our technical service center in Kuala Lumpur can remotely diagnose and optimize parameters via a secure network, enabling preventative maintenance.
