Integrated Small Water Purifier
“Integrated Small Water Purifier” typically refers to a miniaturized, automated water purification system that integrates multiple water purification processes such as coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, and backwashing. It’s like a mini water plant, primarily used for treating surface water from rivers, lakes, and other bodies of water.
Working Principle: Four-Stage Treatment Process,Its working process simulates a traditional water plant, but all steps are completed within a compact unit:
- Coagulation:Raw water and coagulant are thoroughly mixed in a coagulation tank to form flocs.
- Sedimentation: Water flows through an inclined tube sedimentation zone, where the flocs are efficiently precipitated and separated.
- Filtration:The settled water enters a multi-layer filter media (such as anthracite or quartz sand) filter tank to remove fine particles.
- Backwashing:The system automatically backwashes the filter media with filtered clean water, discharging impurities without the need for an additional water pump.
